I am about to embark on a 10 week tummy transformation contest. This is my own personal contest to see if I can challenge myself, both mentally and phsically, to drop 7%ish body fat in 10 weeks to get my abs on show. My eldest daughter is going to be 10 in 10 weeks time and I am on a mission to have visible abs by her birthday! You should also know that my second daughter, who will be 9 next year was born by c-section. The heaviest I’ve ever been was 180lbs after my 2nd child. I do have some lax skin and lots of stretchmarks, so I’m also looking at non surgical treatments to help with the lax skin. I am going to be following a 1400 cal per day diet, along with a ketogenic diet (to bust weight loss stalls) with carb cycling thrown in as I will be training with weights and from what I’ve read carbing up is a good way to a. keep you sane and b. maintain lean mass. I’m also using aspects from Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle (BFFM). If you only invest in 1 fat loss book this summer then make it this one, Tom really knows what he’s talking about. So why don’t you all follow me to find out if I’m able to achieve that 6 pack I’ve always dreamed of! Wish me luck :-) Betty
