Goal Setting & Motivation

As you probably know, I own Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto.  The internet’s number 1 ebook.  And for good reason, all you BFFM readers know that don’t you!  If you’ve not bought this book, and you’re on a fat loss journey I highly recommend it.  From goal setting, foods to eat, foods to avoid, weight training to cardio Tom has it covered.  Please, please, please do not bypass the goal setting chapter.  Aside from calories in v calories out, it is the number 1 thing you can do to make sure you get to where you want to be.  If you don’t have a target, how will you measure you’re success?  Anyway, here it is folks, my motivational memos! Don’t wait for tomorrow, write down your goals today, get to it! xx
