Using Visualization Techniques To Get What You Want
Visualization is such an overlooked tool in everyday life. The power of your mind is AMAZING. I’ve been using visualization techniques in order that I could do chin ups. Yesterday I couldn’t even manage 1, today I did 1 set of 2. I was stoked! Ok, maybe you think 2 is not a lot, but it’s better than none, and tomorrow I’ll do 2 sets of 2, then 3 sets of 2 and so on. I also use these techniques in my quest to get a body like Mish Bridges (trainer on Australia’s Biggest Loser). Her image is ingrained in my memory. I imagine I look like her, I think about what it feels like to be walking around looking like that in my body. Positive images = positive results.
